Outpatient-only physiatry assignment in Vermont; Botox experience required, flexible 2-3 day clinic blocks still open.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient orthopedics and rehab center in South Burlington
• Academic-affiliated health system
• Support from RN and MA
• Independent practice model

Schedule

• 8am-5pm clinic shifts, 2-3 days weekly
• 3-4 weeks per month; you choose the dates
• Weekday only, no inpatient rounding

Cases and Procedures

• Botox for spasticity (required)
• EMG optional, not required
• Full clinic patient schedule

Requirements

• Board Certified in PM&R (or related)
• Active Vermont license
• BLS required
• Prior Botox experience
