Description

Health East Medical Alliance is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in both New York and New Jersey and comfortable working across multiple outpatient offices. This position offers a balance of clinic-based musculoskeletal and rehabilitative medicine with interventional pain management procedures, supported by an experienced administrative, nursing, and compliance team.

Requirements

 M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Active, unrestricted medical licenses in New York and New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain both prior to start date).
DEA license in NY & NJ in good standing.
Fellowship training in Pain Management, Sports Medicine, or Spine/Interventional Procedures preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience preferred (new graduates will be considered).
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
